Meeting Effectiveness.

We are in meeting a LARGE part of the day. How often do you think a meeting is run really well and effectively? I sure don’t see it all that often.

Meeting effectiveness starts before any actual meeting starts! And, it doesn’t end when the meeting is over. See what I mean:
