Effective learning.

Have you heard of the 70/20/10 rule for effective learning?

The model was created in 1980 by 3 researchers working for the Center for Creative Leadership looking at the key developmental experiences of successful managers.

The 70/20/10 rules is considered to be a great general guideline for organizations to show the key areas needed for effective learning.

70% of effective learning comes from on-the-job learning , 20% comes from developmental relationships and 10% from personal learning or courses.

What is your experience, do you agree with the 70/20/10 model as it relates to how you learn most effectively?

Thanks to my real-life best friend at work for sharing this with me!
